Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa

An expansion project is currently taking place which will result in an additional building featuring new event space, dining experiences and other amenities. The expansion will also add new, private luxury villas to the family-friendly property. While some of the project has already begun, much of the enhancement is planned for this summer and will result in:

New Amenities and Experiences: 
Upon completion, the resort’s new building will offer a rooftop with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea along with its own bar, sushi bar, infinity pool and a venue to host memorable weddings. Additionally, the building will feature the following premium room categories:

• Preferred Junior Suite Ocean Front
• Preferred Junior Swim Out Ocean Front
• Preferred Master Suite Ocean Front
• Preferred Master Suite Ocean Front Swim Out
• Preferred Two Story Villa

New Private Luxury Villas: 
Ten two-story villas are designed with a modern and stylish touch, featuring tall ceilings with spacious and comfortable accommodations for the entire family. Each villa will feature a private pool, master bedroom and secondary bedroom, three full bathrooms with separate showers, wine cooler, a distinct living area, kitchenette, furnished private terrace and butler service.

This work will take place on the lot/land beside the resort and will not have any impact on the guest experience.

Three restaurants will close in phases and guests will be relocated to other designated dining areas during the enhancement project.

• Effective immediately, Bluewater Grill has been relocated to Portofino for lunch, with an expected reopening date of Jul 30/23.
• Beginning Aug 01/23, both World Café and El Patio will be relocated to either Vista del Mar, the Theater or the Ballroom, depending on occupancy, with an expected completion date of November 20, 2023.

As part of the privileges of Unlimited-Luxury®, guests of Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa have the chance to Sip, Savor & See at participating sister properties in the region. Enjoy dinner and live entertainment at neighboring sister resorts including sipping complimentary cocktails, savoring delicious cuisine at the restaurant of your choice and the opportunity to see that evening’s entertainment.

The Sip, Savor & See Dining Experience is only good for dinner. This is not a day pass. Guests must make arrangements through the resort concierge by 3 p.m. Guests may choose to dine at any of the restaurants that are serving dinner. Guests are responsible for cost of transportation to and from the resort. A maximum of 4 people are allowed per seating. Special restrictions may apply for Christmas and New Year’s Eve dinners, and special events. Guests can utilize the facilities at the resort they are visiting from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m., including bars and theatre.

Note: Sip, Savor & See may be limited due to private events and resort buyouts.

• New section of Preferred Club rooms adding an additional 80 Preferred Club rooms including 10 two-story villas
• New Sky Bar located on the rooftop of the new Preferred Club section

• The use of drones or artifacts that fly or float in or on the premises is strictly forbidden, except for those that have written authorization from the General Management of the hotel.
   
• There is a designated smoking area provided on property. Smoking is not permitted in any room category.

Environmental Sanitation Fees are payable in local currency directly to the hotels. As these fees fluctuate by hotel, you may contact your respective hotel for more information on the applicable fees.

Coupon values distributed as follows:

• US$100 towards Spa treatments
• US$60 towards romantic dining
• US$40 towards wine purchases

$200 resort coupons include four coupons worth $10 each, two coupons worth $20 each, and three coupons worth $40 each.  Of these coupons, $100 can be used for spa treatment, $60 for romantic dining, and $40 for wine purchases.  Spa treatment coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and two coupons worth $40.  Romantic dining coupons are broken down into one coupon worth $20 and one coupon worth $40.  Coupons for wine purchases are broken down into four $10 coupons.

Resort coupons for spa treatments are not combinable or valid for spa products at the Spa Boutique or 25-minute massages and treatments. Only one coupon can be redeemed per spa treatment.  Coupons for romantic dining are combinable up to $60 per romantic dining experience, but not valid for bottles of wine.  Romantic dinners are subject to availability and must be scheduled with concierge in advance.  $10 coupons for wine can be used at any of the restaurant on property.  They are not combinable – only one $10 coupon can be applied toward one bottle of wine. 

Resort coupons cannot be applied toward the following items: beauty salon services, spa product purchases, telephone charges, gift shop purchases, boutique purchases, internet service (if applicable), marina services, dive shop, medical services, car rentals and travel agency services. They are not applicable for tips, taxes, private functions and/or special events such as Christmas and New Year’s Gala dinners. 

Resort coupons must be redeemed at the time of reservation or service. Resort coupons do not hold any cash or commercial value,  are not refundable and non-transferable. They are not accumulative and cannot be combined with any other promotion or special offers including, but not limited to spa treatment discounts, unless otherwise indicated in the promotion.  They are only valid during the original stay and cannot be deducted upon check out. Resort coupons are not applicable to group bookings.  Employees of tour operators and wholesalers do not qualify. This entire offer is based on availability and can be modified or closed out at any time.
